Export results as CSV
- The campaign must have started and no longer be in a
- The campaign must be a Classification, Entity form or Transcription one.
- You must be a manager of the campaign's parent project to export results as CSV.
The CSV export mode is very useful to check the trend of your annotation campaign and easily assess the progress of your contributors, as it is quick to create and generate again.
Generate the export
If you are a manager member, the
Generate action is displayed in the section named Export results/As CSV from the menu on the left of the campaign details page.
Upon clicking, a new asynchronous process will be created to export your campaign results and you will be redirected to the process list page.
As soon as a new CSV export is generated, any previous export will be replaced (and deleted) without being recoverable.
Download the export
Once the export process is completed, you will have to go back to the campaign details page to see a new action named
Download just under the one you clicked previously. This will download the CSV file that was just generated, within your browser.
This file contains the following information, with one line per task:
- its unique identifier,
- its state,
- the email address of the assigned contributor,
- its creation date,
- how long the user spent to complete the task in seconds,
- the user's comment if they made one,
- the URL to the task annotation page,
- the URL to the element on the third-party provider.
The remaining columns depend on the mode of the exported campaign:
- for Classification campaigns: the class that was annotated,
- for Entity form campaigns: the answer that was provided for each field of the configured form,
- for Transcription campaigns: the joined transcription of all elements (assigned element and/or children) that were transcribed.
- Only annotations that come from
Validatedtasks will be exported.
- Annotations from the preview tasks used by managers will be ignored.
- The latest CSV export on your campaign can be downloaded on demand by all managers.
