Moderate tasks¶
Requirements
- You must be a moderator or a manager of the project to moderate tasks.
- You cannot moderate tasks in a campaign if that campaign is in a
Closed
orArchived
state.
If you are a member with moderator or manager role, the Moderate
button is displayed for each task on the task list page.
You can also find the Moderate
button on the task details page.
For each task, you see the last annotation that was produced by the assigned user if it exists and you can:
- reject it with the
Reject
button: the task will be marked as rejected and could be corrected by the assigned contributor, the moderators and managers or marked as validated if the moderation was erroneous, - validate it as is with the
Validate
button: the task will be marked as validated and will no longer be editable by the assigned contributor but the moderators and managers will be able to reject or correct it as before, - correct it, by modifying the desired fields and then using the
Validate
button: the task will be marked as validated upon submission of the correction that will be saved on the task as the new latest annotation.
Specifics
- It is not possible to moderate unassigned tasks.
- It is not possible to moderate tasks with a
Draft
state.
